Tie Up Farming

Tie Up Farming is an Australian AgTech company offering the only end-to-end platform for the horticultural industry. Its SaaS product is the first all-encompassing solution for workflow management, traceability, and data capture on the farm and the packing shed, providing unparalleled visibility across the production process. Whole of beef supply chain waste mapping and interventions

This project involves actively measuring waste along the beef supply chain in Australia and implementing strategies to reduce it, in a similar way to the UK's Waste & Resources Action Plan (WRAP), which saved the pork value chain $800,000. As well as increasing trust and collaboration amongst supply chain partners, it's envisaged the project will find new sources of revenue and inform the High Value Food Program on alternative waste streams which may be transformed.
