Life cycle carbon assessment of the livestock export supply chain

With the increasing focus on carbon emissions by the community, trading partners and government, this project will update a 2011 life cycle assessment of the supply chain to current standards. It will specifically examine carbon emissions and greenhouse gases, strengthening the industry’s understanding of its performance and identifying opportunities to pursue and promote improvements.
