Updated Marginal Abatement Cost Curve

Marginal abatement cost (MAC) curves are a commonly used policy tool that indicate the potential for Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission abatement and associated costs. This project's objective is to provide a robust decision-making framework through an updated MAC to inform the adoption of GHG emissions reduction solutions on dairy farms. The project will review the feasibility and cost of existing and potential dairy GHG emission reduction strategies at both a national and farm scale, and provide the robust ground-truthing required by Dairy Australia to invest strategically in emissions reduction technologies.
