Review project performance and impact of the Northern Rice Industry Grant

This project reviews the performance and impact of the Northern Rice RD&E program that was undertaken to address key constraints to extensive development of Australia’s northern rice industry. The program has looked at variety potential in delivering to market requirements; understanding likely agronomic, and pest and disease management; postharvest grain handling; and grower engagement/adoption. The review will be based on digital or phone engagement with stakeholders and reference data and literature sourced widely.
