Improving access to new germplasm through faster and more accurate diagnostics (PBRI)
This project will improve access to new germplasm through the deployment of faster and more accurate diagnostics.
It will enable:
-
the development of nationally agreed additional protocol for rapid screening of imported plant material;
-
improved detection of exotic plant pathogens thereby providing greater security for Australian horticulture; and
-
potentially faster clearance of imported germplasm.
