Development of an industry resource for the commercial goat milk production sector, addressing topics of purchasing and building the herd (breeding and selection), animal husbandry practices (best management practices), animal health and welfare, nutrition, farm biosecurity, farm infrastructure, quality assurance and specifications and opportunities for domestic and international markets.
