Life cycle assessment (LCA) measures the environmental impacts in all stages of a product's life, from raw material through processing, manufacture, distribution and use. This project will design a new LCA to reflect the impact of the raw sugar value chain, to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure the industry's social licence to operate.
