This short term project will provide supporting information and data from a previous study to underpin potential changes in selected goals and targets for the 2030 Australian Dairy Industry Sustainability Framework, in the areas of on-farm antimicrobial usage, soil nutrient management planning, and dairy herd culling.

This project aims to provide farmers with an accurate method to measure on-farm greenhouse gas emissions intensity (EI) and to research ways to reduce it across the Australian dairy industry. The industry is committed to reducing EI of milk production by 30% by 2030.
