Review of literature for understanding eggs contamination during cold-chain transportation
Salmonella Enteritidis (SE) and Salmonella Typhimurium (ST) phage types have dominated the epidemiology of Salmonella and are the most common causes of humansalmonellosis. The project reviewed the effects of various storage temperatures on the total viable count and different Salmonella serovars.
