Resource Flock Sensory Evaluation and MS
In conjunction with Resource Flock 2014-2020(B.SGN.0142), muscles will be collected from various lambs for sensory evaluation. Approximately 3,600 samples will be collected and tested against 6,000 consumers. Results, once reviewed by the Sheep meat Industry Taskforce and Pathways committees will greatly add to the development and integrity of the MSA Mark II Sheep meat Model.
