NCCP: Support to develop NCCP Operations strategy and supporting systems and structures

This investment supported the development of the National Carp Control Program (NCCP) Operations Strategy. It informed the development of tactical and strategic decisions underpinning the success of the plan, enhanced governance for the NCCP roll out, developed documentation to support operational efficiency and effectiveness whilst ensuring WHS for all personnel, staff and the community, and enhanced the relevance of systems needed to underpin the NCCP operations strategy to realise the benefits of rehearsals and simulations.
