Development and delivery of improved genotyping tools for the sheep industry
The project invests to develop genotyping tools for the sheep industry to improve prediction accuracy for productivity traits and genetic defects. Advanced statistical methods will be used to optimize and validate predictive SNP sets to be added to genotyping tools used in industry.
