Building Best Management Practice Capacity for the Australian Mango Industry

This investment provides resourcing for a Manager to support the Australian mango industry through leadership and the coordination of research and development activities. Work includes assisting growers with on-farm maturity testing of mangoes, export development work, including on-farm phytosanitary requirments and crop protection work issues. In addition, the Manager identifies opportunities for collaboration and leverage to benefit the industry and represents the industry at relevant forums and events.
