Assessing the people and capability framework for the aquaculture industry

The aquaculture industry requires its leaders to not only be strong technical managers but also strong people leaders. This investment with Huon Aquaculture is focused on the establishment of a program for current technical leaders to help them evolve from technical experts to People Leaders also considering succession planning into the future. The Aquaculture Leader Development Program will continue to evolve as Leaders across the organisation provide feedback while development of career pathways and the succession planning framework will result in new benchmarks and needs being identified. Huon will continue to invest in their Leaders by providing further targeted development training into the future.
