Advancing women's leadership across the Australian Horticultural Sector - Pool 2

This investment provides women in the horticulture industry the opportunity to apply for leadership development courses. The scholarship funding delivered through the project is intended for women across all levels of leadership experience and covers up to 60% of their program costs. The courses on offer are provided by Women & Leadership Australia and include Leading Edge, Executive Ready and the Advanced Leadership Program. Each course is targeted at a different experience level and they aim to provide participants with skills such as how to heighten presence and influence, manage team dynamics, drive performance and lead innovation and change.
