Training the Next Generation of Meat Inspection Trainers
This project seeks to provide a week-long residential program for 10-15 people who are seeking to become meat inspection trainers. The project seeks to address an urgent need to replace retiring trainers and to ensure there is currency and consistently in practice along new trainers.
