Megasonic demulsification of oil and grease from meat processing wastewater
AMPC is focussed on reducing water consumption, recycling wherever possible, and considering new sources of water where they are available, while continuing to ensure high levels of food safety and hygiene.
This project will examine the application of novel, megasonic sound wave technology for the recovery of low grade oil and grease (O&G) contaminants in wastewater streams generated in meat processing plants.
