The objective of this project is to establish ongoing funded regional roles within the Australian dairy industry for people to liase with employment networks, support job seekers and dairy farmers and deliver activities that lead to the successful attraction and recruitment of a sustainable workforce for the industry. This investment in workforce planning and actions will result in greater farm profitability and an industry that is more attractive to potential entrants.
