JAB Agri Solutions is an agribusiness consultancy dedicated to bridging the gap between small-scale livestock producers, hobby farmers, and the broader Australian red meat industry. We provide practical, producer-focused support in compliance, traceability, biosecurity, and livestock management, ensuring that all producers—regardless of scale—can contribute to a strong, sustainable, and trusted agrifood system.

Our organisation contributes to research and development through large-scale national producer surveys and industry consultation projects. In 2024–25, we partnered with Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) and Integrity Systems Company (ISC) to deliver the first national survey of small livestock producers and hobby farmers, receiving over 1,100 full responses. The insights gathered are shaping the design of national education hubs, workshop series, and compliance toolkits, ensuring that future industry resources are evidence-based, fit for purpose, and driven by producer needs.

JAB Agri Solutions is actively investing in innovation by developing digital compliance solutions that simplify complex systems such as NLIS, LPA, eNVD, and on-farm biosecurity. Our Compliance Toolkit is designed to integrate record-keeping and accreditation processes into a single, streamlined platform, reducing barriers for producers while lifting industry-wide compliance rates and confidence.

We are focused on the red meat and livestock industries, including beef, sheep, and goat production, with a strong interest in collaboration opportunities that extend across the supply chain. Our work supports producers, processors, agents, transporters, and industry organisations by ensuring data integrity, improving adoption of digital tools, and strengthening market access through trusted traceability.
