Whole of farm water management digital dashboard

This investment supports the development of an interface (dashboard/platform) that collates necessary data from a range of data sources on-farm (eg. soil moisture sensor, dam levels etc.) and external (eg. Govt. water accounts) to provide farm and crop managers real time and accurate accounts of water availability (at the enterprise, farm, and paddock level). The outcome is that Australian cotton growers can account for their water availability in real time within their enterprise/farm or management unit, generated from multiple external data sources and on-farm sensors. This information will be used to inform management decision making that increases productivity and profitability at the scale of the whole farm business.
