Waterless Mechanical Lamb Frenching - Stage 3 - Alpha prototype

This concept prototype will target processing a full range of rack sizes and preparations at line speed (up to 10 racks/min) and will be designed in a manner where it is manually loaded with a concept that can be further developed to implement into the Scott Middle machine when proven.
