The shelf life of Australian frozen meat

There are numerous publications on the freezing and frozen storage of meat but a lack of scientific data to support the shelf life for frozen red meat being 24 months. Some countries(e.g., Saudi Arabia) have restricted shelf life to12 months, which has disrupted the market. This project will fill that gap and provide shelf life data for Australian frozen product.
