Study of protein source and selected amino acids for gut integrity of chickens
Recent research has looked at how low protein poultry diets aim to improve production and welfare. This investment investigates how manipulating specific amino acids in low protein diets can improve the intestinal gut barrier function by reducing gut permebility and inflammation leading to improved health and performance.
