Scoping studies for an integrative digital platform for sustainable sugarcane crop management (CaneMAPPS)

This project will assess what is required to develop the digital platform CaneMAPPS - Cane Mapping and Analysis for Productivity, Profitability and Sustainability - to ensure that it enables integration and development of industry best practice, and that it uses the most efficient, cost-effective and current technologies available. CaneMAPPS will provide a central platform for farm data collection, processing and reporting of everything from crop management to whole farm analysis and industry performance, to encourage growers to embrace industry best management and sustainable practices and ensure compliance with government regulations.
