Scoping future LPA audit program requirements

The Livestock Production Assurance (LPA) program requires producers to provide evidence of livestock history and on-farm practices when transferring livestock through the value chain, and underpins market access for Australian red meat. ISC is looking at identifying ways to improve and digitise the LPA program to help assess core areas of risk, better target resources for audits, and gain insights across a far greater proportion of the LPA participant base.
