Scoping a QA program for the Chicken Meat Industry - Scheme Support Services

This project aims to reduce the audit burden for the chicken meat industry across all areas of compliance, including but not limited to quality, food safety, animal welfare, environmental issues and biosecurity requirements. In addition, a QA program and framework will be developed for the Australian chicken meat industry.
