RHDV2 Product Registration - Stage 1

This project assists with the implementation of the recommendations for a long-term rabbit biocontrol research and innovation plan. Specifically, it will prepare the base registration package for Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) registration of rabbit haemorrhagic disease virus 2 (RHDV2) and generate a response from the APVMA regarding the requirement for non-target species testing. It will then prepare and submit the registration package for the RHDV1/ RHDV2 vaccine to the APVMA. The project aims to explore the potential of RHDV2 to complement existing biocontrol agents through a series of experimental studies.
