Review of Emerging (food industry) Clean Labelling

Clean Label and free from trends have continued to evolve across the food industry. This project will consider a review of at least five novel processing technology platforms against a matrix of at least five value added red meat product applications, which may reduce the requirement of salt and other additives in many foodstuffs.
