Regional Projects Enabling People in Dairy

Dairy is a dynamic industry requiring a highly skilled and capable workforce to support business profitability and sustainability in an increasingly complex operating environment. As farms grow in size and complexity, understanding how to manage and lead people becomes even more important. This project aims to attract and retain dairy farm workers through funding regional projects that upskill current workers, develop leadership skills and provide career pathways for both dairy farm employers and employees.
