Red Meat Industry Knowledge Hub - Sub Project B Optivly Stage 2
The KPMG report ‘Modernising Training’ found that 70% of the industry supported the concept of a centralised Hub and recommended that the red meat sector task an organisation to explore the feasibility of a centralised, sector-wide training platform. This will enable collaboration, consistency, and efficiency whilst also maintaining collaboration with and contribution from other organisations with a key stake in future proofing employment and leadership in the meat processing industry.
Project stage 1 is now complete Project 2023-1059 and has provided a Solution Architecture that meets Industry Requirements as documented during the comprehensive industry engagement workshops conducted as part of Stage 1.
