Pressurised CO2 technology (Farther Farms) and its ability to reduce reliance on a chilled Supply chain literature review

This project funds a literature review of Farther Farms, Inc and its pressurised CO2 technology that claims to support the storage and distribution of fresh foods without needing refrigeration. If proven, this technology has the benefit to add value across multiple channels and markets in Australia and globally, responding to the growth in online food delivery, meal kit programs and the importance of reducing food waste.
