Presentations at MLA convened workshops in China and Vietnam.

In collaboration with and led by MLA, AMPC was asked to participate in 4 workshops in Vietnam and China- Hanoi, Ho Chi Min City, Shanghai and Taipei. The workshops will focus on the cold supply chain, food safety and shelf life. A technical expert, Ian Jenson will present on the work he has been doing for AMPC on freezing temperatures in the supply chain, and discuss previous shelf life undertaken by MLA. Program manager Ann McDonald will also talk about relevant AMPC projects and provide some general information about AMPC in order to inform and support the adoption of practice change.
