Pathways for People in Dairy

This project aims to delive tools that enable the rapid, high-quality and safe induction of new employees on an Australian dairy farm during COVID-19 and beyond. The project includes new and innovative methods for delivering training modules for new dairy farm workers, support for the employer farm owner to assist in this training, including workplace HR/IR requirements. This project will cover aspects such as milking, stock handling and machinery operation and comply with policies and procedures. The project involves multiple web based platforms including People in Dairy, Dairy Passport and Enlight (DA's learning management system).
