Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA) RocketSpace (TERRA) 2019 Industry

The aim of this project was to work with Rabobank USA to connect Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA) to food innovators and start-up companies who had not yet considered Australian beef or sheep meat in their product lines. Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA) collaborated with four start-up companies to explore new solutions and technologies in the red meat value chain.
