Microbiological food safety of effluent from animal industries

This project will survey microbiological quality of processed waste and effluent, to provide clarity and identify potential risks that may not been previously considered and can be used to support the industry. In addition, there will be a whole-supply mapping of the waste streams to identify any value added opportunities.
