MEXA assisted offal sortation technical

The project will conduct Part 2 of Phase1 of MEXA assisted offal sortation technical feasibility scoping study. The study will determine whether a multi-sensor system, combined with hyperspectral and colour imaging cameras, can be used to identify defects and abnormalities during screening of red and green offals.
