Maximum profit endpoints of Australian feedlot cattle Phase 1

This project is the first phase of a multi-stage project to develop a model to predict maximum profit endpoints of Australian feedlot cattle to aid in cattle sorting decisions. Observation by the project team of serial slaughter, dissection and analysis of the chemical body composition is required prior to subsequent phases of the project.
