Machine Learning as a tool to improve retention (Stage 1)

In this project, Toustone will explore the possibility of analyzing HR data to predict employee turnover. As there are many unknowns, this project lends its self to being a great R&D project. If this project is a success, the technology would allow meat processing companies in Australia to benefit tremendously by predicting employees who are more likely to leave the organization and take corrective actions before it happens.
