Lift the demand for Australian Ginger:consumer requirements for industry growth

This project aims to assist Australian ginger growers increase domestic (and export) demand for ginger by: understanding market opportunities, provide underpinning research that will guide the development of future promotional campaigns and provide confidence to industry in their effectiveness both in terms of creative strategy and selected channels and targets.
