Lamb Fillet and Backstrap Loin debone integration and full automation

This project is structured to develop, and make operational in production, an integrated machine to separate lamb tenderloin fillets and backstrap loin fillets from short-loins in a fully automatic extension of the LEAP carcase cutting system. The project will result in a demonstratable installation inline with an existing production LEAP IV system operating at production line speeds.
