JBS Selection and Safety Innovation Lead (Southern)

JBS Australia is constantly on the forefront of innovation within the Australian red meat industry. JBS is committed to driving innovation in the people, culture and workplace health and safety pillars of the JBS business and as such it has been identified to have a dedicated resource located in the Southern Operations to drive innovative projects in the areas of Human Resource Management and Workplace Health and Safety as an innovation manager. This resource will be a dedicated resource to deliver innovative projects that benefit JBS not only across the southern sites but across the full JBS group. This project will also enable the wider Australian industry to glean learnings from the investments made by JBS and supported by the Australia Federal Government, through the industry’s matching R&D funding mechanism.
