Heat load forecast service 2018-19

PROJECT: This project covers the operating costs of trialling the heat load forecast service (CHLT) for the 2018-19financial year, incorporating daily operation of the service, including issuing alerts, plus Heat Load Data Network (HLDN) data acquisition, quality assurance and integration into the forecasts. It will also implement some upgrades to the Risk Analysis Tool (RAP), which is utilised by lot feeders to assess the climatic heat load risk for their site.
