Handpiece for Biological Wool Harvesting

Improve the existing prototype reciprocating comb handpiece to remove weakened wool to achieve a safe continuous rate speed of at least 3000 rpm. Improvements will be also made to ensure sufficient parameter adjustment feature to optimise performance.
