Growing Beef from Dairy

The objective of this project is to increase the adoption of economically sustainable beef production pathways as an alternative to early life slaughter of surplus dairy calves. Specifically, this project aims to achieve 80% of farms adopting best practice strategies to reduce early life calf slaughter by June 2026.
