Grassroots Grant: Demonstration farm of IoTR and LoRaWAN technology

This investment supports on-farm demonstration of IoT (internet of things) sensor technology and transmission of sensor output data via low power, long range (LoRaWAN) network primarily in the area of water monitoring and control during the cotton crop growth period. Build your own and commercial packages will be demonstrated together with canopy sensing technology to support irrigation scheduling.
