Future Orchard Planting Systems

The Future Orchard Planting System (FOPS) is a scientifically proven fruit tree growing system with potential to double yields of certain fruit varieties by growing trees in a planar structure and maximising light utilisation. This project will demonstrate the system’s viability on-orchard and support orchardists to transition to this new way of growing, including adopting new technologies.
