FRDC Community Engagement Strategy Evaluation Framework

Community trust and support for aquaculture and fisheries is crucial for the wellbeing of industry members and their Social Licence to Operate (SLO). This project funded the design of a Community Engagement Modelling and Evaluation (M&E) Framework and a Toolkit containing ten detailed tools that can be used to effectively plan for, evaluate, and enhance community engagement activities. These tools will empower fisheries and aquaculture stakeholders across Australia to positively shape community narratives of the industry through carefully planned, strategic, and evidence-based decision-making.
