Foundational work to build the future research for traceability systems

The project will conduct a 6-week sprint to scope out the high level requirements of a future traceability system, using desktop based research, workshops and stakeholder consultations to provide the building blocks for the future system. The review will also look into traceability frameworks and technologies to identify possible technologies, both inside and outside the livestock industry, that enable real time tracking.
