Feedlot Training Strategy Implementation

Attracting, training and retaining staff are key priorities for the Australian feedlot industry. In2017, MINTRAC delivered project B.FLT.8003‘Feedlot Industry Training and Leadership Development Strategy’, which outlined a blueprint for delivering the industry training requirements. The outcomes were refined by ALFA’s Feedlot Management Committee, together with a small working group, and were developed into the Australian Feedlot Sector Career Development and Training Strategy and Implementation Plan. This project will implement the Strategy on the terms set out in this agreement.
