Farmers targets for change
This project will undertake a number of activities aimed at building the capacity of students and producers to adopt new technologies on farm.
- RFID reader for both sheep and cattle to be used in conjunction with a monitoring system. Linking this collected data to Agriwebb farm management program/App.
- Variable multispectral lighting of plant growth in association with FarmBot robot.
- Soil moisture probes under lateral irrigation system.
- Remote monitoring of stock (Brewongle).
- Greenseeker: for the assessment of crops and usage of resources required to attain optimal plant growth.
